Questions about the program
When do I actually earn the credits?
On the referred business’s first published post if they are on the Free plan, or on their first paid purchase if they buy a plan. Signing up alone does not trigger a reward — the post has to go live, or the plan has to be purchased.
Do referral credits expire?
Yes. Referral credits expire 60 days after they are granted. They are added as a separate credit pack, so plan for them as a top-up rather than a permanent balance.
Does my referral code expire?
No. Your code is issued once and is permanent — it never expires and it never changes, so links you shared a year ago still work.
Can I refer myself with a second account?
No. Self-referral is blocked at signup and again at every reward event. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are not eligible and any credits granted may be reversed.
What if the person I invite already has an account?
Referral codes are applied at signup only, so an existing account cannot be attributed retroactively. Invite people who have not created an aipost.social account yet.
Is there a limit on how many businesses I can refer?
No. There is no cap on the number of referrals or on the total credits you can earn.
Do referral credits stack with my plan credits?
Yes. They sit on top of your monthly plan allowance and are consumed alongside it, soonest-expiring first — so your referral credits get used before your longer-dated ones.
What counts as “published”?
A post that successfully goes live on a connected platform. Drafts and posts that are scheduled but have not been sent yet do not count.
How do I track my referrals?
The Refer & Earn page inside the app shows your total referrals, credits earned, and the status of every business you have referred — including whether they have published yet.

- • One reward per referred business. Rewards top up to the highest plan reached and are never paid twice.
- • The reward amount is set by the referred business’s plan at the time the reward triggers.
- • Referral credits expire 60 days after they are granted.
- • Self-referral is not permitted. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts are ineligible and any credits granted may be reversed.
- • Referral codes apply at signup only and cannot be applied to an existing account.
- • aipost.social may change or end this program at any time. Continued use of the referral program constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
